Which service level do I need?
We offer four levels: a basic oil change, an interim service, a full service and a major service. The right one depends on your mileage and service history. Tell us both when you call and we will recommend the right level, with no upselling.
How often should I have my car serviced?
Most manufacturers recommend a service every 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. If you do lots of short journeys or high mileage, more frequent checks are worthwhile, so call us and we'll advise for your car.
Will servicing here affect my warranty?
Independent garages can service newer cars without affecting the manufacturer warranty, provided quality parts are used and the schedule is followed, which is exactly how we work. Ask us about your specific vehicle when you book.
Do you service all makes and models?
Yes. Our IMI-certified team works on all makes and models of car and light commercial vehicle at our Bowburn garage.
