What we collect and why

When you submit our quote or contact form we collect the details you provide (name, phone number, postcode, vehicle or tyre details, and your message) solely so that we can respond to your enquiry and provide the service you've asked about. Forms are processed on our behalf by Formspree, Inc., which transmits your submission to us.

When you call us, we handle your call details in line with normal business practice. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

Analytics and cookies

We use the Google tag (Google Ads), and may also use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel, to measure how visitors reach our site and whether our advertising leads to enquiries, such as a phone call or a completed quote form. These tools can set cookies on your device, but only if you choose "Accept" on our cookie banner. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
